Guava cake
Ingredients:
12 tbs butter
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 t. baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
8-10 oz guava paste
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven at 350F
2. Cream butter. Add sugar little by little. Add eggs one by one, followed by the vanilla.
Notes: Can substitute butter with margarine, but the cake comes
out a little more dry.
3. Sieve flour and baking powder and mix with the above
4. Pour half the batter on a greased mold.
5. Place the guava paste (cut in slices) so as to cover all the
batter.
6. Pour the rest of the batter and bake for 45-60 min, or until an
inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Ingredients:
• 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix.
• 1/2 cup oil
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 cup ripe mango puree
TOPPING:
• 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip.
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 (6 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
• 1 cup ripe mango puree
Directions:
1. 1 Combine all and pour into 9x13 pan. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.

3. 3 Combine all and set in fridge. Pour on cooled cake and refrigerate at least one hour.
