reduce weight

Nak reduce weight secara semulajadi bole cuba buat la air ni..
*Lemon kosong suam
*Kayu manis + honey suam
Amalkan setiap pagi
Bahan2 ni mengurangkan dan menyerap lemak dlm badan..
