no wonder

according to MOE, quarters for bungalows only have a grill. others, no!

no wonder, i saw MOE quarters around here a.k.a. Manjung, they dun have it. if the tenant insists to has the grill, he or she can install with their own pocket money....

in my opinion, MOE should installed the grill... in the name of good deeds. because the tenant pay the rental... but as MOE said, they dun have a budget this year..
alamak, we dun have a win - win situation here...
